Returns:
We want you to love your purchase as much as we love our product. We only accept returns if goods are damaged or incorrect. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect for any defects, although our due diligence is to check every item thoroughly before it leaves us. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving via: letsgetlostau@gmail.com. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please keep tracking information.
Refunds:
In the case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. A refund will be applied by your original form of payment once the item has been returned in its original condition. Allow up to two weeks for a refund to be processed.
Non-refundable:
We have a strict no returns policy on all SALE items, coupons, pre-orders and gift vouchers.
